As an agile coach I support teams to adopt to an agile way of working. In a first step I usually advice to choose adequate agile practices or methods that help the team best to achieve their goals. Before the team starts to work in the new agile mode I support team members to acquire the necessary skills and finally I take over the role as a sparring partner for the team to answer questions like:
- How can we sustainably implement an agile mindset in our team culture?
- How can we make our cooperation more effective?
- How can we continuously enhance team communication?
