As an organizational developer I support organizations in designing and executing change processes, e.g.
- Implementation of new ways of working (e.g. agile methods or co-creation)
- On their journey of becoming an agile organization and while experimenting with alternative ways of sturcturing an organization
- Designing change programs and supporting their implementation (e.g. strategic reorientation or cultural change).
