Welcome!

I facilitate change for organizations, teams and individuals. I help to nudge and to sustainably implement change by being a sparring partner and implementation support. Here I concentrate on one topic: the increasing digitization of business and society and the changes that come along with it. I specialized in the fields of changing ways of working (“agility”), changing leadership

(“digital leadership”) and how organizations can be structured to ensure organizational flexibility in times of fast change and increasing need to innovate. My offerings are described in more detail in the section “services”.
